My process addresses the 4 pillars of health

  • What are you eating? How much are you eating? When are you eating it? We’ll work together to create a meal plan that works for you (without feeling deprived).

  • Abs (and healthy hormones) are made in the kitchen!

 

Movement.

  • Fitness doesn’t have to take place in a gym. Walk, run, dance, climb, swim, or bike—you just have to move! 

  • With an emphasis on strength training, your hormones and stress levels will thank you.

 

Sleep.

  • This is a sneaky saboteur for many people. Getting your nightly 8 hours is so damn important

Curious about what my background is?

Fitness has always been a large part of my life. As a child, I was a competitive gymnast who, as an adult, learned that I had to make some adjustments to my routine to best suit me now. From there, fitness came less of a habit and more of a calling!
